I’m a Product Enablement & Ops Consultant who works with product leadership to establish foundational product operations, introduce experimental discovery practices and empower continuous improvement for faster and higher quality decision making at scale.
Focused on ensuring business success through operational improvements, introducing strong experimental practices, enabling product thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies, while ensuring there is strong strategic alignment and a structure of outcome focused teams.
I have built upon these capabilities through working with a varied range of organisations. From ten people, fast moving, emerging tech startups to large scale traditional organisations going through complex technology revolutions. My experience covers consulting with teams across multiple industries including finance, retail, energy, media and even the world of online dating.
