There’s two coaching programmes available depending on your needs;
Leadership Coaching Programme
Best if you’re an aspiring or current product leader looking to raise their game. The programme will deepen your understanding of your role as a leader, while exploring the thoughts and behaviours that can elevate your self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. Through focused topics and exercises, you’ll have the opportunity for personal reflection, fostering growth both as an individual and as a leader.
The first six sessions of the programme are directive through activities that will concentrate on you as a leader now and in the future. The second half will be non-directive, meaning that we will discuss your topics and the most pressing challenges you’re currently facing to help us focus on the key areas that will drive your continued development and success.
Coaching Programme
Great if you’re looking to improve both personally and professionally, regardless of your current role or level. This programme will elevate your self-awareness, help you better understand your behaviours, and support you in achieving clarity on your goals. By reflecting on your thoughts and actions, you’ll uncover new opportunities for personal growth and career progression.
Coaching topics will be tailored to your specific needs, identified in our initial sessions. All sessions will be non-directive, meaning that we will discuss your topics and the most pressing challenges you’re currently facing to help us focus on the key areas that will drive your continued development and success.
