This 12-session programme is structured in two parts to provide both the foundations of winning others over and the practical application needed to navigate complex organisational dynamics:
Shift away from pushing requirements towards an approachable, human way of winning people over to your side.
Identify where your goals overlap with the motivations of others to distinguish your true allies from those who need to be won over.
Build genuine trust and alignment, creating a partnership where others feel empowered to own the outcome.
Each part of the approach includes practical, take-home activities to ensure you are applying these methods to your real-time challenges.

In our first six sessions, we will establish the foundations of the "How to Woo" approach and set the direction for our coaching partnership.
Understanding Your Core Capabilities: We begin by identifying your natural strengths using the CliftonStrengths™ capability assessment. We will explore how to utilise your unique talents to win others over and identify the specific areas where you can develop the most growth.
Relationship Mapping: I will guide you through an approach to visualise how people connect across your organisation. By understanding the varying motivations of those around you, you will learn how to focus your energy effectively to build a broader base of support.
Building Trust: We will use a dedicated approach to strengthen your credibility with those you work with most closely. This involves identifying small, impactful ways to build rapport and ensure you are seen as a reliable and valuable partner.
Influence and Negotiation: We will explore how to frame your ideas so they resonate with others. You will learn how to align differing goals and navigate complex conversations, ensuring that decisions are reached through mutual agreement rather than friction.

In our second six sessions, we shift from the foundation-setting to direct application and personalised coaching. These sessions are coachee-led and focus entirely on the real-time challenges, successes, and dilemmas you encounter as an aspiring leader. We will use the insights and capabilities gained in the first sessions to navigate complex situations and embed the repeatable practices needed to win others over.
Real-Time Challenge Resolution: Each session is an "open coaching" format where you bring your most pressing stories, challenges, or decisions. We will dissect these scenarios, providing immediate guidance and strategies to build alignment and resolve friction effectively.
The Power of Reflective Practice: You will be encouraged to maintain a journal between sessions. This activity is crucial for tracking your progress as you apply new methods, allowing you to reflect on your emotional responses, decision-making processes, and how others are responding to your efforts, which we will then review together.
Translating Awareness into Action: We will continuously revisit the findings from your initial assessments and relationship mapping. This ensures the insights gained are actively used as your compass when collaborating with teams and influencing stakeholders.
Sustaining Performance: This stage is about ensuring the personal growth you've achieved is transformed into consistent, lasting performance. We will focus on techniques for sustaining new positive behaviours, adapting your "Woo" muscle to different contexts, and preparing for successful transitions into new roles with self-assurance.
Advanced Stakeholder & Team Dynamics: We will delve deeper into complex scenarios, providing personalised strategies for leading and inspiring diverse teams, navigating organisational politics, and managing challenging stakeholders effectively using your refined negotiation and connection skills.
